Consent
Resolved, that in lieu of a Member meeting, the undersigned Member approves the proposed entrance sign to be donated  Furthermore, the Member approves the HOA estimated expenditure of $6,000 to remove the existing sign and retaining wall and provide a new retaining wall. The proposed sign is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Further Resolved, that the appropriate officers of the Association be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to take all necessary steps to make the necessary changes to the entrance and installation of the sign.
